Project Manager – WVRC Digital

Overview

WVRC Digital is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can step in and keep everything moving the way it should. This role sits at the center of our digital operation, working across sales, strategy, and execution to make sure our campaigns are organized, communicated clearly, and delivered the right way.

We are a team that builds marketing solutions across search, social, video, streaming, and beyond. That only works if everything behind the scenes is structured, documented, and moving forward without confusion. That’s where this role comes in.

If you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, keeps things organized without being asked, and makes sure everyone is on the same page, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects within our project management system, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are clearly outlined and maintained
  • Act as the central point of communication between sales, digital teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Work with internal team members to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and moving forward as planned
  • Keep projects on track by monitoring progress and stepping in early when something needs attention
  • Document client needs, updates, and changes so nothing gets lost along the way
  • Hold internal teams accountable to timelines and expectations while keeping communication clear and productive
  • Help create structure and consistency in how projects move from sale to execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communicator who can keep conversations clear, direct, and productive
  • Someone who takes initiative and solves problems before they become bigger issues
  • Comfortable working in structured systems and processes, while also helping improve them
  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a digital marketing, media, or agency environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels like search, social, video, or streaming
  • Experience working within project management platforms (Teamwork or similar tools)

This is not a sit-back role. It’s for someone who wants to be involved, take ownership, and make an impact on how projects move through the organization. If you take pride in being organized, thorough, and dependable, you’ll fit right in here.
